My husband committed suicide without anyone knowing why. We were a normal happy family till this happened. My son was appearing for his high-school board exams and this was a blow to all of us. While I had my own grief to deal with, I did not know how to manage the situation with my kids. Knowing that Vasudha is a Life Coach, I approached her for help to bring out my strength in this situation, and it was the best decision I made at that time. Very often i would just cry through my sessions, while she would just wait till I was in a state to think again! Gradually, her support and guidance helped me tide through the worst time of my life. She encouraged me to start work at a nearby school where company of small children kept me busy, occupied and happy. After 10 sessions with her, we discussed concepts like thankfulness, faith, patience, enthusiasm and more, I have managed to gather my strength back again and deal with life as the head of my family. My son managed to sail through his exams with good grades and is now in senior school, and constantly encourages me to speak to Vasudha when he sees me shaky and emotional. I learned how to manage my grief and keep my balance for the good of my family and I will be always very grateful. Vasudha has not only been my Coach but also is an anchor, ready with help & support.
